The closed loop system of the CLEAN BOX Flex facilitates multiple uses of the cleaning fluid.
In order to protect the electronic components of the system, we recommend alkaline water-based cleaners with a pH between 7 and 12 in the application concentration. Moreover, the system is not heated and cleans effectively at ambient temperature.
The cleaners of the CB 100 range, in particular CB 100 Blue, are best suited for use in the system.
The contaminated parts can be cleaned effectively by means of the integrated flow nozzle with a sturdy washing brush.
The cleaning system includes a storage tank for the cleaning agent and a grid working platform for placing the contaminated work pieces. It also features a WHG-approved collecting tray with a leakage inspection hole.
With its pneumatic ON/OFF foot switch the electrical feed pump is easy to operate.
The system can be covered with a lid to avoid contaminations or odour nuisance.
The black cleaning platform has a variable useful work surface, which guarantees that the system size can be geared optimally to the parts to be cleaned. The work surface has a standard size of 2725 x 1505 x 390 mm and can be extended in depth and/or width in 1200-mm steps.
