CLEAN BOX Max 2 is well suited for the manual removal of surface contaminations caused by special greases, oils or wax residues and such.

The cleaning system includes a storage tank for the cleaning agent and a grid working platform for placing the contaminated work pieces.
It features a stainless steel control box for the integrated electrical feed pump and an electro-pneumatic foot switch. The contaminated work pieces are cleaned with a robust washing brush. This brush contains the flow nozzle that the cleaner flows through.
With its closed loop system, the device contributes to the protection of the environment because the cleaning fluid is used several times.

In order to protect the built-in electronics, we recommend cleaning fluids with a pH between 7 and 12. The cleaners of the CB 100 range, in particular CB 100 Blue with its extended service life, are best suited for use in the system. In addition, the cleaning agent is used several times due to the closed loop system.
