This weld separating agent is ideal for welding work on steel, stainless steel and aluminium, and is especially designed for welding thick metal sheets and multi-layer weld seams.
E-WELD 2 not only provides protection for workpieces, but also for welding nozzles and welding accessories. A thin film acts as a barrier between the workpiece and the hot metal. It protects against weld spatter and ensures easy reworking.
The application is safe and environmentally-friendly, and E-WELD 2 is VOC-free and label-free. It also offers temporary corrosion protection, which makes temporary storage possible. The separating agent is solvent- and silicone-free, odourless and easy to remove. This facilitates subsequent processes such as zinc coating and painting.
