E-WELD 3 is a high-quality, water-based anti-spatter spray for MIG/MAG welding and laser/plasma cutting applications. This versatile emulsion is silicone and oil-free, and odourless, and protects workpieces, nozzles, and accessories - both wet and dry.
Thanks to its cleaning effect, E-WELD 3 removes swarf, oils, and coolants from sawing systems before welding.
E-WELD 3 forms a barrier between the workpiece and spatter, offering temporary corrosion protection for all weldable metals. Sheets can be galvanised or painted after welding, as E-WELD 3 doesn’t affect post-weld treatments. In laser cutting, it prevents slag formation at penetration points, making smoke traces easier to remove.
No edge reworking is needed, as E-WELD 3 ensures clean, residue-free laser-cutting results.
