E-WELD 4 is a highly effective anti-spatter spray based on natural rapeseed components that has been specially developed to prevent weld spatter from sticking to metal surfaces, tools, fixtures and welding nozzles.
The "Moses effect" ensures that the separating agent splits when heated, guaranteeing optimum welding results without the formation of pores.
The weld separating agent is suitable for welding steel, stainless steel and aluminium and can be used for MIG/MAG welding as well as laser and plasma cutting. The comprehensive wetting and high coverage of the spray enable efficient and safe application, even on vertical surfaces.
E-WELD 4 is free from solvents, mineral oil and silicone. Processes such as painting and galvanising can be carried out without any problems. It provides temporary corrosion protection and leaves no unpleasant odours or fumes during welding.
