The foam injector for 200-litre drums offers an efficient and simple solution for large-area cleaning with foaming cleaners. With an adjustable compressed air pressure range of 6.5 to 7.5 bar and a pneumatic diaphragm pump, it produces dense and long-lasting foam. The device is virtually maintenance-free and features a 10-meter hose and a foam lance, allowing for flexible and wide-reaching application.

The foam injector is suitable for foaming cleaners in the pH range of 0 to 14 and is equipped with an adapter that allows attachment to a 200-liter drum.

The injector housing is made of robust stainless steel, and the integrated mixing valve allows for precise adjustment of the foam consistency. Once the mixing valve's adjustment knob has been set, it can be replaced with a cap nut to prevent unintentional changes.
