The foam injector for IBC containers is the ideal solution for large-area cleaning with foaming cleaners. The injector operates with an adjustable compressed air pressure of 6.5 to 7.5 bar and a pneumatic diaphragm pump to generate a dense and long-lasting foam. This foam is capable of removing stubborn dirt, even from vertical surfaces.

The injector housing is made of robust stainless steel, and the mixing valve allows for precise adjustment of the foam consistency. Once the optimal consistency is reached, the adjustment knob can be replaced with a cap nut to prevent unintentional changes. The foam injector is suitable for foaming cleaners with a pH range of 0 to 14, making it versatile for a wide range of applications.
