Effective cleaning solution for plastic injection moulding inserts
The Master Mould 100 is a highly effective cleaner for mould inserts in the plastic injection moulding industry. It was developed to effectively remove plastic emissions, plastic residues, grease, corrosion inhibitors and rust.
A feature of Master Mould 100 is its anti-darkening formula, which prevents certain steels from darkening during cleaning. This makes it a reliable choice for a wide range of materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum and non-ferrous metals.
The cleaner is VOC-free and is therefore suitable for use in existing cleaning systems with oil separators, as it demulsifies any oil that has been introduced.
Please note that due to its foaming properties, cleaning in circulation systems such as the hot water parts washer, Bio-Circle Turbo and HP is not possible.
